USG Meeting Presentations

• Increased collaboration by sharing successes, addressing challenges, and identifying further training and support needs for SI/M&E country team building.
• Assessed the status of SI/M&E country teams and identified strategies to encourage, sustain and strengthen these teams. This should include: coordinating with country counterparts, and identifying ways that regional officers can support planning and implementation.
• Outlined a process for developing action plans for unified regional-, and country-level SI/M&E planning and implementation that links SI/M&E plans to National Strategic Plans.
• Increased knowledge and skills in SI/M&E technical areas.
